Announcing: Milo Bunbury Broomfield

Bridget called Jeremy from across campus at 10:10am and said "I think we'd better get going." Less than 2 hours later, at 12:06pm, she gave birth! Stats: 8lbs 13oz, 19.75" long, black hair. Written in the US standard way, his birthday is a palindrome: 5/15/15.

• New baby's due date is May 12. 
• Tesla was 3 days late
• Tesla weighed 8.75lbs at birth.

Ultrasound Images from 23w2d

Hello Everybody! Here's a glimpse of the new baby from our ultrasound on January 15, 2015. Reportedly the size of a large mango, the fetal friend is in possession of all the normal parts, and those that were examined were apparently in good shape! 

The images below show a body shot, a hand, and... I think that's a pterodactyl in the third one.

Let this post serve as the official announcement of our delicate condition: the baby currently brewing in Bridget's belly is due on May 12, 2015! We intend to find out the sex of the baby the old fashioned way. We are accepting suggestions for names!

This is actually pretty silly. But I'm trying to post more content.

For some reason, the Blogger app on my iPhone doesn't seem to want to post video content from my phone, though photos are okay. What this means is that I end up posting videos to FaceBook, which some readers of this blog don't use.

Which means those same readers — dear, cherished loved ones all — are missing out on some pretty good video content of Tesla. For example, from Tuesday:
